What information of yours may be collected through the Zoasis site?

ANTECH Diagnostics is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Laboratory orders, results, and consultations are not shared or made available with any parties other than the clinic associated with that laboratory account. Zoasis does give you the ability to share this information at your own discretion by providing download and print features in the lab reports module.

We use postal and shipping companies to ship products. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We may partner with other parties to provide specific services. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. For example, certain supply providers will require reference information in order to be able to extend you credit. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

In addition, we may disclose personally identifiable user information to others when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the requirements of the law or a legal process served on us.

What kinds of security procedures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under Zoasis' control?

ANTECH operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your personal information in the course of providing products or services to Zoasis.com. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to better operation and maintenance of our website. Access to your personal information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary in order for the contractor to perform its limited function for ANTECH. We require that our operations and maintenance contractors 1) protect the privacy of your personal information consistent with this privacy policy, and 2) not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than providing us with products and services

How can you correct any inaccuracies in your information?

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal data accordingly. This can usually be done at the member information page, by the designated site administrator in individual veterinary hospitals or by contacting our Customer Service Department at info@antechdiagnostics.com.
